Food Storage

This is my mini grocery store in my basement 'cold room'. In this food storage room there is probably two years worth of food....you have to walk in to see it all...under the stairs is all the #10 cans kind of survival food...and in another room I have the water barrels...55 gallons each, but I'm worried about not having and being able to store enough water.....55 gallons is only enough for one person for two weeks! But this does give me great peace of mind and security. Who knows if or when I will need it.
